Vitamin C (from Ascorbates)	1000 mg
Calcium (Ascorbate)	60 mg
Magnesium (Ascorbate)	35 mg
Potassium (Ascorbate)	50 mg
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS)	740 mg
In a Base of Lemon Essential Oil, Lemon Puree and Fructose

Does Not Contain - wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, salt, sucrose, artificial coloring or flavoring, preservatives, dairy or animal products

Dosage:
Adults: Add water to one teaspoon of Ascorbate C3000 and mix. Take three to four times daily with meals.
Acute conditions: One to two teaspoons, every one to two hours.
