B Complex is a highconcentration, complete range of B vitamins.

The B vitamins are critical to the efficient conversion of carbohydrates and fat into energy, being involved in both Krebs cycle and the electron transport chain. As well as this, the B vitamins and the lipophilic ‘B vitamin-like’ substances, choline and inositol, are essential to the functioning of the nerve tissue by ensuring a sufficient supply of acetylcholine into phospholipids, which are required for myelin sheath formation.
