SUGGESTED USAGE:
For Muscle Gains: Mix 1/2 cup mixed with eight ounces of water, stir, and take 30 minutes prior to workou. Take another 1/2 cup
with eight ounces of water 20-30 minutes after workout.
For Extra Calories: Take as above, plus two additional times during the day, preferably 1 1/2 hours before meals.
