Ingredients:

Bryonia alba 4X (stitches in sternum on coughing; cannot bear to take a deep breath), Ranunculus bulbosus 4X (intercostal rheumatism, chest feels sore and bruised; short, oppressed breathing; stitches in chest; worse from motion and contact), Asclepias tuberosa 6X (chest pain relieved by bending forward), Kali carbonicum 6X (cutting pain in chest in evening; stitches in chest on inspiration; weakness of chest), Natrum sulphuricum 6X (asthma and dyspnea in damp weather; pressure on chest as of a heavy load; worse from motion and pressure), Sticta pulmonaria 6X (dry cough, worse evening and night; incessant, racking cough), Arsenicum iodatum 8X (chronic bronchitis; dry cough without expectoration), Dulcamara 8X (cough; worse in cold, wet weather), Colocynthis 10X (oppression of chest; pain in right deltoid and from hip to knee; cough at night), Sulphur 30X (cough with pain in sternum; weakness of chest when talking; stitches in chest extending to back or to left scapula), 30 mg each/300 mg tablet.

Dosage:
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.
