Dosage:
For PMS: take 20 drops twice daily, beginning 10 days before the start of next menstrual cycle. For acute symptoms, may take 10 drops every 30 minutes for up to 6 doses. Dysmenorrhea: take 20 drops twice daily. Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minute
