Valeriana officinalis (Valerian)

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops two times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Insomnia: 15 to 25 drops, a half hour to one hour before retiring.
Sedative: 10 to 15 drops, two to three times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Children under 12: 5 drops two times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Insomnia: 5 to 10 drops, a half hour to one hour before retiring.
